工作职责:

Overall Responsibility/工作概述:
This role provides full support to project co-ordination manager in establishing the high-performing customer servicing team.
Scope of Responsibilites/ 工作职责:
A) Customer Service
1. Provide after-sales services to exhibitors
1) Coordinate with sales to issue sales contracts.
2) Coordinate with finance dept to provide invoice to customers timely after payment is received
3) Manage the floor plan and exhibitors list for sales tools & website
4) Manage the customer servicing hot-line
5) Conduct briefing for exhibitors in preparing their exhibitions effectively
6) Regular calls to respective exhibitors as scheduled. To build deep relationship with them, solve their problems and collection their comments timely
7) Chase exhibitors’ information or forms requested by the show team according to agreed timeline
8) Follow up with outstanding payment as per contracted.
9) Update customer service report on weekly basis and raise the issues up if any
10) Update all the activities and records in Prism-Lite
11) Follow up with all the value-added services offered to exhibitors.
12) Send out exhibitor bulletins and handle their inquiries properly
13) Pay visits to exhibitors for pre-show briefing with respective sales if needed
14) Work with Sales team and customer service manager in putting together the touch points’ enhancement plan for each event.
15) Provide full support to Project Director in establishing the high-performing customer servicing team
2. Provide on-site customer services to exhibitors
1) Take lead of exhibitor reception during move-in period
2) Work with project team in executing the touch points’ enhancement plan for each event.
3) Manage customer service center during show days
4) Help exhibitors on-site and handle their inquiries properly
5) Monitor and manage the performance level of temp staffs. 
6) Support on the rebooking program
3. Post show communications with exhibitors
1) Send out “Thank you” letter to exhibitors
2) Make a follow up phone call to exhibitors, thanks them for support, review issues onsite and get their quotes
B) Project Support
1. Generate sales report to show manager and finance department.
2. Update floor plan in accordance with sales report.
3. Manage show setup in Prism-lite
4. Maintenance of show databases (prospects/exhibitors)
5. Take record of check request and prepare expense report to PM as assigned.
6. Maintenance of stock level of shows promotional materials.
7. Pre-show packing preparation including stationary, medicals & onsite purchasing list
8. Support on the production of exhibitors badges
9. Prepare staff-kit for onsite staff
10. Provide administrative support to show team including on-site supports as assigned.

 

任职资格:

1. University graduates At least 2 years experience in project management, exhibition industry experience is preferable
2. Good understanding and relevant knowledge in business culture.
3. Creative and strategically thinking.
4. Good Commercial sense.
5. Able to work under pressure and multi-tasked.
6. Well- organized, Hardworking and self-motivated. 
7. Mature, excellent inter-personal communications and presentation skill
