工作职责:
1. Plan and execute international marketing campaigns to attract international visitors and delegations for a number of assigned shows.
Focus on Customer insight to understand the core drives and needs of exhibitors, visitors and partners for the international marketing programs.
2. Base communication strategy on received feedback and analysis in order to improve our values
3. Manage and maintain international partners in the form of associations, media and tour operators to help organize delegations to the show.
4. Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns involving a combination of e-marketing, PR and call center management.
5. To propose, manage and implement the International Marketing Plan for Assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timelineTo evaluate the effectiveness of channels for respective events by collecting and analyzing data of every channel.
任职资格:
1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant working experience
2. Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Korean with strong interpersonal skills. Copy writing skills or additional foreign languages are a plus.
3. Understand the culture difference, business habits and norms for communicating with international professionals.
4. Computer literacy and database management skills are important
5. Must be a team player and able to work independently while providing leadership support to the team
6. Able to work under pressure. Multi tasked, attention to details and self driven
7. With exhibition or events management experience is a plus
8. Have a good understanding of the Machine tools industry is a plus as well.
9. Good knowledge of e-marketing is preferred
